What services does Brahmasoft provide?
We provide BIM coordination, Revit MEP and Plant 3D modelling, construction documentation, 4D visualisation and asset-information preparation. Each appointment defines inputs, outputs, responsibility, quality checks and approval routes.
Which project sectors do you support?
Our services are relevant to data centres, pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities, industrial plants, commercial developments and infrastructure projects.
Can Brahmasoft work alongside our existing design and construction teams?
Yes. Our coordination approach is designed to work with project teams, agreed information requirements and the project common data environment.
Do you work with ISO 19650 processes?
We support project-specific ISO 19650-aligned information management processes. This is not a claim that Brahmasoft or its clients hold third-party ISO 19650 certification.

Technical Scope & Responsibilities
Does a clash-free model mean a compliant design?
No. Clash detection identifies configured geometric and rule-based issues. Design compliance, access, maintenance clearances, tolerances, installation sequencing and approvals require discipline-specific reviews.
Can you issue fabrication drawings?
We can prepare model-based fabrication and installation information from approved design inputs. The relevant specialist contractor and responsible engineer must review and approve it before manufacture or installation.
Do you provide digital twins and laser scanning?
We support digital-twin-ready asset information and BIM from supplied point-cloud/survey data. Live system integration, field surveying and specialist verification are scoped separately.
Can you certify ISO 19650 compliance?
No. We can help prepare information management processes and audit evidence, but certification is performed by independent certification bodies.
